Robin Gingold was born and raised in Los Angeles. California. She graduated with honors from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She attended University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine and completed her pediatric internship and residency at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. She then joined Agoura West-Valley Pediatrics in 1995. She is a firm believer in getting to know the whole family, Dr. Gingold loves following her patients throughout development. She is affiliated with Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Providence Tarzana Hospital and Los Robles Medical Center. Maintaining a high level of expertise, she is a member of Think Tank called Insight to Teen Culture. She is also a board member of The Muses of the California Science Center.
Dr Gingold and her husband Dan have two children, William who graduated from the University of Chicago and now attends Yale Business school. Her daughter Lauren is studying Psychology. Besides volunteering at The California Science Museum as a Muse, she enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, tennis, skiing and working out at the gym.
